Mosquito Control

Mosquitoes are annoying. More than that they can be carriers of serious disease. If you want to enjoy your outdoor space during our hot and humid Alabama months AEPM can help. We offer a mosquito reduction program. Best results are when your lawn is treated every 21 days March through October. Our technician will render a misting treatment in your yard including:

  • Ornamentals, tree leaves, bushes and tree canopies

  • Under decks

  • Overgrown areas

  • Fence lines

  • Transitional Areas

  • Other areas of concern

For added protection, we offer a Flea and Tick monthly service. The granular service will ensure that the adult ticks as well as larvae and nymphs that live in the soil will be exterminated.

While complete elimination of mosquitoes and ticks is impossible, our goal is to decrease the likelihood that you or your family (Pets too) will come in contact with these pests!

Carpenter Bees

Carpenter bee activity tends to be a nuisance and a threat to your Alabama home. Too many carpenter bees burrowing at once can cause costly structural and aesthetic damage to the exterior of your home. We offer a one-time Carpenter Bee service to stop these pests from destroying your home!

Termite Services

We offer a wide range of termite services. Our goal is to keep your home safe from these invasive pests. Termites are a wood destroying insects that can cause extensive damage to homes and businesses in Alabama and throughout the country. For us to put your home under warranty the home must be treated. We use a liquid-based treatment that requires a liquid based chemical application to be made to the soil around the exterior of your home. Depending on the layout of your home, the soil may be trenched, rodded or drilled. We currently use the industry’s most effective product for termite control. If you are concerned that your home may be infested, call our office to set up a free evaluation.

We offer two types of termite protection plans, also as known as termite warranties:

  1. Retreat Only Warranty

  2. Retreat and Repair Warranty

Not all homes qualify for a repair warranty. Please call our office for more information and to set up a free quote to see which warranty would be best for your home!

Alabama Wood Infestation Reports

If you’re buying a home, we recommend having a AWIR performed before signing the line. Your realtor may suggest one as well as your mortgage company may even require one. With good reason you don’t want your new home to be infested with active termites. When you schedule your inspection our highly trained technician will inspect your home for active termite infestations, evidence of termites, and termite damage, conducive conditions and other wood destroying organisms. We will provide a written report to your closing attorney via email.
